Artificial Intelligence Statement
Last updated: June 2026
This statement explains how Luckywebs Digital Ltd ("we", "us", "our") uses artificial intelligence (AI) in the work we do for clients. We use AI as a tool to help us work faster and to a higher standard, but the responsibility for what we deliver always rests with our people. This page is intended to be clear and honest about where AI fits into our process.
1. Our approach to AI
We see AI as a practical aid that supports skilled people, not a replacement for them. We use it where it genuinely improves the quality, speed or consistency of our work, and we avoid using it where it adds risk without real benefit. Every project we take on is still led, judged and signed off by a person.
2. How we use AI in our work
We may use AI tools to support a range of tasks across our marketing, web design and SEO projects, including:
- Research, such as gathering background information and summarising sources to save time.
- Content drafting, such as producing first drafts and outlines that our team then edits and refines.
- Data analysis, such as spotting patterns and trends in performance and search data.
- Workflow automation, such as handling repetitive tasks so our team can focus on higher value work.
The mix of tools and tasks varies from project to project, depending on what is appropriate for the work in hand.
3. Human oversight and accountability
AI does not have the final say in our work. Qualified members of our team review AI-assisted output before it reaches a client or the public, and a person remains accountable for it. We treat AI suggestions as a starting point to be checked and improved, never as a finished product to be passed on without thought.
4. Accuracy and quality
AI tools can produce output that is incorrect, out of date or misleading, even when it reads convincingly. Because of this, we check AI-assisted output for accuracy and quality before we rely on it or share it. Where facts, figures, claims or technical details matter, we verify them against trusted sources rather than assuming the tool has got them right.
5. Data protection and confidentiality
We take the protection of client information seriously. We do not put confidential or personal client data into public AI tools without appropriate safeguards in place. Our handling of personal data is consistent with our Privacy Policy, and we aim to use AI in a way that respects the trust our clients place in us. If you have specific requirements about how your data is handled, please tell us and we will discuss what is possible.
6. Fairness and bias
AI tools can reflect bias present in the data they were trained on. We take care to reduce the risk of unfair or biased outcomes in AI-assisted work, for example by reviewing output with a critical eye and applying human judgement to anything that could be skewed, exclusionary or unrepresentative. We aim for work that is fair and appropriate for its audience.
7. Transparency
We are open with clients about where AI is used in a material way on their work. If a client would like more detail on how AI has been used in a particular project, or has a preference about its use, we are happy to talk it through. We will not present AI-assisted work in a way that is deliberately misleading about how it was produced.
8. Ongoing review and governance
AI tools and the rules around them are developing quickly. We keep our use of AI under review so that our practices stay sensible, lawful and in line with reasonable expectations. We update this statement from time to time to reflect changes in the tools we use, the work we do or the standards we follow. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last reviewed.
