Choosing a white label seo reporting tool looks like a small decision, yet it quietly shapes how professional your agency appears every month. The report is often the only deliverable a client actually opens, so it should carry your logo, live on your domain and arrive from your email address, not a vendor’s. We run a London SEO agency and send branded reports to clients in home improvement, law and e-commerce, so this comparison reflects the questions we ask before paying for any reporting platform. Below we compare SE Ranking’s Agency Pack, AgencyAnalytics, DashThis, Swydo and the free Looker Studio route, with all pricing checked on each vendor’s own site in July 2026.

What Is a White Label SEO Reporting Tool?

A white label seo reporting tool is software that generates client-facing SEO reports carrying your agency’s branding instead of the vendor’s, so the client sees your logo, your colours and your domain rather than the platform that produced the data. The platform does the data plumbing; you take the credit for the presentation.

In practice the tool pulls rankings, traffic and technical data from sources such as Google Search Console and GA4, assembles dashboards or PDFs, and strips out every trace of its own name. A proper seo white label report should be indistinguishable from something your own team built in-house.

What Does White Label Reporting Actually Cover?

White label reporting covers three layers: visual branding (your logo, colours and report design), domain branding (client dashboards and portals served from your own subdomain, such as reports.youragency.co.uk), and email branding (scheduled reports sent from your agency’s address rather than the vendor’s). Many tools advertise “white label” while only delivering the first layer.

That distinction matters when you evaluate platforms:

  • Logo and colours. The baseline; almost every tool offers this.
  • Custom domain. The client logs in at your URL and never sees the vendor’s. Usually reserved for higher tiers.
  • Branded email scheduling. Automated white label seo reports that arrive from you. The layer most often missing, and the one clients notice.
  • Client seats or portals. Log-ins for clients to view live data between reports, under your branding.

If a platform only does logos on PDFs, it is branded reporting, not true white label.

Which Platforms Are Worth Comparing?

Five platforms cover the realistic choices for agencies buying white label seo reports in 2026: SE Ranking (SEO platform with a white label add-on), AgencyAnalytics (reporting specialist), DashThis (dashboard specialist), Swydo (reporting specialist with flat pricing) and Looker Studio (Google’s free build-it-yourself option). Prices are as shown on each vendor’s site in July 2026, in the currency each vendor displays.

How Does Each Platform Handle White Label Reports?

Each of the five platforms takes a different route to the same goal: a white label seo report the client believes came from you. Here is where each earns or loses its place, based on what the vendors publish as of July 2026.

SE Ranking Agency Pack

SE Ranking sells white labelling as a £49 per month add-on (billed annually, as of July 2026) on top of its SEO plans, which start at £76 per month billed annually. The Agency Pack rebrands the whole platform (logo, colour scheme and your own domain name) and adds unlimited white label reports, ten client seats and a lead generator widget collecting up to 100 emails a month.

The structural difference is that the reporting sits inside a full SEO platform: rank tracking, site audits, backlink data and keyword research all feed the same branded reports. If SEO is your core service, that consolidation is the whole argument; if you mostly report on paid media, it is the wrong shape.

AgencyAnalytics

AgencyAnalytics prices per client: the Core plan is $20 (about £15) per client per month billed annually as of July 2026, with unlimited data sources, reports, dashboards, staff and client users. White labelling on Core covers logo, colour scheme, client branding, a custom domain and custom email. An Enterprise plan with custom pricing starts at 25 clients.

The per-client model is the decision point. Five clients cost $100 (about £73) a month; forty cost $800 (about £588). It scales fairly for small rosters and gets expensive for big ones, but every client gets the full white label treatment from the first dollar.

DashThis

DashThis prices by dashboard bundle: $44 (about £32) per month for 3 dashboards on the Individual plan, rising through $139 (about £102) (10 dashboards) and $279 (about £205) (25) to $429 (about £315) for 50, as of July 2026. The catch: white labelled dashboards, custom domains and custom email senders only start at the Professional plan ($139/mo, about £102). Individual gets your logo and preset themes, not true white label.

DashThis suits agencies that think in dashboards rather than PDFs. Budget from the Professional tier upwards if white labelling is the point.

Swydo

Swydo runs a single plan: from €69 per month, or €62 per month billed annually with the 10% annual discount, including 10 data connections, as of July 2026. Extra sources cost €4.50 each from the 11th to the 100th, with cheaper bands above. Crucially, full white labelling is included for everyone: custom domain hosting, branded PDF exports and branded email templates, no feature gating by tier.

For a freelancer or two-person agency, that flat entry price with full white labelling from day one is hard to argue with. Costs creep as data connections stack up, so count your sources per client first.

Looker Studio (the free route)

Looker Studio is Google’s free reporting builder, with Looker Studio Pro at $9 (about £7) per user per project per month as of July 2026. You can build genuinely beautiful branded reports in it. What you cannot do is white label the delivery: there is no custom domain for hosted reports, and scheduled emails come from Google’s address, not yours.

There is also no native SEO data beyond Google’s ecosystem; third-party rank data needs paid connectors. As a free option for Google-only reporting it is excellent. As a white label platform it is only half of one, and the missing half is the half clients see.

Should Your Agency Build or Buy Reporting?

For almost every agency, buying a white label seo reporting tool beats building one, because the true cost of building is not the first dashboard but the permanent maintenance of API connectors, authentication tokens, PDF rendering and email delivery. Vendors amortise that work across thousands of agencies; you would carry it alone.

We say that as a team that builds client sites in-house on Astro and is comfortable with front-end work. Even so, a hand-rolled reporting pipeline is a liability: GA4 and Search Console APIs change, tokens expire on a Sunday, and a broken chart in a client report costs more trust than a subscription costs money. At £49 a month flat, or $20 (about £15) per client, the buy side wins on arithmetic alone. The honest middle path is Looker Studio: build the layout yourself for free, accept the Google branding on delivery, and upgrade once clients start paying for the polish.

Which Platform Should You Choose?

The right white label reporting platform depends on your service mix and client count, not on a single “best” badge. If you are still assembling the SEO stack that feeds these reports, our SEO tools hub compares the main platforms. Our verdicts by situation:

  • SEO-led agency (our situation): SE Ranking Agency Pack. One bill covers rank tracking, audits and unlimited white label seo reports at £49/mo on top of a plan, as of July 2026.
  • Multi-channel agency with a growing roster: AgencyAnalytics. Per-client pricing at $20 (about £15)/client/mo stays proportional to revenue, with complete white labelling from the base plan.
  • Freelancer or micro-agency: Swydo. Full white labelling from €62/mo billed annually, no tier gating.
  • Dashboard-first agency: DashThis, from the Professional plan at $139/mo (about £102) where white labelling starts.
  • No budget yet: Looker Studio, free, with eyes open about Google-branded delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a white label SEO report?

A white label SEO report is a client-facing performance report generated by third-party software but branded entirely as your agency’s work: your logo, your colours, your domain and ideally your email address on delivery. The client sees your agency, not the tool that assembled the data.

How much does a white label SEO reporting tool cost?

As of July 2026: £49/mo for SE Ranking’s Agency Pack add-on, $20 (about £15) per client per month for AgencyAnalytics, €62/mo billed annually for Swydo, $139/mo (about £102) for DashThis’s first white label tier, and free for Looker Studio (without true white labelling).

Can I use Looker Studio as a free white label option?

Only partially. Looker Studio lets you design fully branded report layouts for free, but hosted reports cannot sit on your own domain and scheduled emails are sent from Google, not from your agency address. It is branded reporting, not white label delivery.

Do clients know a report is white labelled?

Clients generally cannot tell when the white labelling is complete: custom domain, branded emails, no vendor footprint. They can tell when it is partial, for example a branded PDF that arrives from noreply@somevendor.com. Close the email layer or the illusion breaks.

What should white label SEO reports include?

A monthly white label SEO report should include organic sessions and conversions, keyword ranking movement, technical health changes, work completed and the plan for next month. Lead with outcomes the client cares about, then evidence.

Is a per-client or flat pricing model better for agencies?

Per-client pricing (AgencyAnalytics at $20, about £15, per client per month, as of July 2026) suits small rosters and keeps cost proportional to revenue. Flat pricing (SE Ranking at £49/mo, Swydo from €62/mo) rewards scale: the more clients you report on, the cheaper each seo white label report becomes.

Does SE Ranking’s Agency Pack include a custom domain?

Yes. As of July 2026, SE Ranking’s Agency Pack (£49/mo billed annually, on top of a paid plan) includes rebranding the platform with your own domain name, logo and colour scheme, plus unlimited white label reports and ten client seats under your brand.

If your agency leans SEO-first, the quickest way to judge white labelling depth is to look at a live branded setup rather than a feature list. SE Ranking’s site walks through the Agency Pack’s custom domain, report builder and client seats.
