AccuRanker Review 2026: Pricing, Excel Exports and Clickstream Data
AccuRanker is a rank tracker and nothing else, and at $224 a month (about £169) for 2,000 keywords as of late September 2026 it only makes sense for agencies whose product is rankings at scale. Expert costs $764 a month (about £578) for 10,000 keywords; above 25,000 keywords is a custom quote. For most UK small businesses and small agencies, SE Ranking Core is the better buy: it tracks the same 2,000 keywords daily for £95 a month, or £76 a month billed annually, as of late September 2026. We have not run AccuRanker on client work, so this review rests on the vendor’s published facts and the five criteria we hold every rank tracker to. Below: pricing, refresh speed, exports, clickstream data and who should pay.

What AccuRanker is, and what it leaves out
AccuRanker is a pure rank tracking product: it records where your pages sit in search results for a fixed list of keywords, and it does nothing else, as of July 2026. No site audit, no backlink index, no keyword research. The product is sold at accuranker.com as AccuRanker, sometimes written AccuRank tracker or acuranker, and there is only one: no free tier and no cut-down edition.
Our three-way comparison of AccuRanker, Ahrefs and SE Ranking for rank tracking scores the three side by side on update frequency, local tracking, SERP features and APIs; this is the dedicated AccuRanker page, covering its cost tier by tier, its exports, what “clickstream” means next to the brand, and who should buy. It sits in our SEO tools hub.
We have not used AccuRanker first hand. Every fact here traces to the vendor’s dated pages; where the vendor publishes nothing, we say so.
What does AccuRanker cost as of late September 2026?
AccuRanker bills in US dollars. We read its pricing page on 26 September 2026 and the prices matched our July 2026 check. Pound figures in this post are converted at the Bank of England spot rate of 1.3220 dollars to the pound on 24 September 2026, a guide for UK readers rather than a quoted price.
- Professional: $224 a month (about £169) for 2,000 keywords, with 3,000 and 5,000 keyword options.
- Expert: $764 a month (about £578) for 10,000 keywords, with 15,000, 20,000 and 25,000 keyword options whose prices the page does not list.
- Enterprise: custom pricing. The page’s wording is “For more than 25K keywords, contact us for pricing”.
- Annual billing: 10 per cent off your chosen plan. The page does not list separate annual prices.
Our July 2026 check recorded a 14-day free trial with no card required, and the pricing page stated neither a trial length nor a card requirement on 26 September 2026, so confirm the terms on the signup page.
Divide the $224 (about £169) entry price by 2,000 keywords and it comes to around 11 cents, about 8p, per keyword per month, our own arithmetic. The table below sets that against SE Ranking and Ahrefs.
How AccuRanker tracks: refresh, locations and devices
The vendor’s own description, as of July 2026: “We update your data daily to ensure real-time rankings, SERP features, CTRs, and search volumes. You can also update a single keyword whenever you want or your entire domain every two hours.”
Daily is the norm (SE Ranking and Semrush’s paid plans match it and Ahrefs is weekly by default, as of July 2026), so the on-demand refresh is the differentiator: on the morning of a Google update, re-checking a single keyword straight away, or the whole domain at two-hourly intervals, answers a client’s question the same day. Our guide to setting up Semrush Position Tracking properly shows daily tracking inside a suite.
AccuRanker tracks “at a local or country level” with granular segmentation and filtering, and splits results by device alongside location and language filters, as of July 2026, so a Cambridge solicitor’s keyword set can be pinned to Cambridge and split mobile from desktop. SERP feature data refreshes daily alongside rankings, and there is an AI Share of Voice metric, as of July 2026; our GEO rank tracking guide sets out what an AI visibility panel has to measure.
Four things AccuRanker’s own pages do not give us: search engines covered, SERP features tracked, locations available, and which AI platforms that Share of Voice metric samples. Check all four in the trial.
Integrations and API access by tier
The split by plan matters: what agencies most want sits on Expert and Enterprise. As of July 2026:
- Professional: Google Search Console and Google Analytics integrations, plus reporting and export. Search Console is the one a small agency feels: it saves the monthly hand export of clicks and impressions to sit beside positions.
- Expert: everything above, plus Looker Studio integration and unlimited read API access. Positions flowing into a Looker Studio client dashboard usually remove the need for a spreadsheet export.
- Enterprise: everything above, plus BigQuery, a write API and raw SERP HTML. Those are data-warehouse features for teams storing every SERP they fetch; a UK small agency will not use them.
White label reporting is available, as of July 2026; our sources do not record which tier it starts on. The read API therefore starts at $764 a month (about £578) as of late September 2026, the real entry price for piping positions into your own dashboard. Our rank tracking API comparison puts that against SE Ranking and the SERP API vendors that price per thousand results.
AccuRanker Excel exports: what is listed, and what to confirm
“AccuRanker Excel” is a common search around the brand, and the honest answer is short. Reporting and export are listed features on the Professional plan as of July 2026, so the entry tier lets you get data out. What our sources do not record is the format list: CSV, XLSX, PDF or all three, and whether scheduled reports can arrive as spreadsheets. Open the trial, tick a few keywords and export them. If the file opens in Excel with one row per keyword per date, the question is answered.
Our guide to building a keyword ranking report a client will actually read shows which columns matter, whichever tool exports them.
AccuRanker clickstream data, explained
Clickstream data, in the sense SEO tools use it, is the anonymised record of what real people do online: the searches they run, the results they click, the pages they load next. It comes from panels of users who have agreed to share their browsing, usually through browser extensions or apps, and SEO vendors use it to estimate what Google does not publish: how many people searched a term and what share clicked the first result.
The vendor’s update sentence quoted above covers “CTRs, and search volumes”, so click-through rates and volumes are in the product. What our sources do not contain is AccuRanker’s own description of where those figures come from, or whether a clickstream panel feeds them. If volume drives your budget decisions, ask the vendor in writing. Two caveats apply to any clickstream-derived number: the panel is a sample skewed towards whoever installed the extension, and it is thinnest where a UK local business lives, on low-volume town-plus-service phrases. Treat the volumes as a ranking of demand, not a count.
AccuRanker vs SE Ranking vs Ahrefs: the numbers side by side
Here is how the three compare, with prices read from the vendor pricing pages in late September 2026 and feature facts from our July 2026 verification.
| AccuRanker Professional | SE Ranking Core | Ahrefs Standard | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly price | $224 (about £169) | £95 | £199 |
| Annual billing | 10 per cent off; annual price not listed | £76 a month | About £165 a month |
| Keywords tracked | 2,000 (3,000 and 5,000 options) | 2,000, checked daily | 2,000 |
| Update frequency | Daily; one keyword on demand; whole domain every two hours | Daily on every plan | Weekly by default; daily via the Project Boost add-on |
| Cost per keyword per month | Around 11 cents, about 8p (our arithmetic) | Around 4p on annual billing (our arithmetic) | Not comparable: weekly data |
| Beyond rank tracking | Nothing: rankings only | Site audit, keyword research, backlinks, AI trackers | Full SEO suite: backlink index and site audit alongside the tracker |
| Billing currency for a UK buyer | USD | GBP | GBP |
AccuRanker costs the most per tracked keyword and is the only one billing a UK customer in dollars; the premium buys refresh speed on rankings alone. Our full SE Ranking review explains why Core is our default for clients.
Who should buy AccuRanker, and who should not
Our five criteria for a rank tracker, set out in our roundup of the best rank tracking software for agencies, are update frequency, local and mobile tracking, white label reporting, API access and cost per tracked keyword. On the vendor’s published facts AccuRanker does well on the first four (the API only from Expert upwards) and badly on the fifth.
- Agencies tracking 25,000 keywords or more, where rankings are the product: trial it seriously. On-demand refresh earns its keep when clients expect same-day answers, and unlimited read API access starts at Expert, $764 a month (about £578) for 10,000 keywords as of late September 2026, so an API-led team reaches the premium earlier. Between 5,000 and 25,000 keywords, let the trial decide.
- Small agencies and freelancers with 200 to 2,000 keywords: SE Ranking Core at £76 a month billed annually tracks 2,000 keywords daily with 10 projects, and the Agency Pack at £49 a month (annual billing only) adds white label reporting. Above 2,000 keywords, Growth is £209 a month, or £167.20 billed annually, for 5,000 keywords and 30 projects. All three prices are as of late September 2026: the tracker and the rest of the toolkit for less than AccuRanker’s rankings alone.
- A single UK small business with 50 to 200 keywords: do not buy AccuRanker. Search Console plus a free tracker covers a local trade or a solicitor for a long time, and we say that as an agency that sells SEO. Our guide to the best free rank trackers and where free runs out shows the caps; our list of the best SEO tools for small business covers the starter stack.
How we run this for clients: Search Console first, because it is the only ground truth; SE Ranking’s daily tracker on a frozen keyword list per client, split by town and device; positions reported next to clicks and enquiries, never alone. AccuRanker would slot in as the tracker and replace none of it; if a client’s keyword count ever justified it, we would trial the two side by side. Our comparison of web-based rank trackers and desktop tools covers that trade-off.

Frequently asked questions
How much does AccuRanker cost?
As of late September 2026, AccuRanker’s Professional plan costs $224 a month (about £169) for 2,000 tracked keywords, with 3,000 and 5,000 options, and Expert costs $764 a month (about £578) for 10,000 keywords, with unpriced 15,000, 20,000 and 25,000 options. Above that, contact the vendor for a quote. Annual billing takes 10 per cent off, though separate annual prices are not listed. It bills in US dollars.
Does AccuRanker have a free trial?
Our July 2026 check recorded a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. When we re-read the pricing page in late September 2026 it stated neither a trial length nor a card requirement, so we cannot confirm the terms are unchanged. Treat 14 days with no card as a dated claim and check the signup page before planning around it.
Can you export AccuRanker data to Excel?
Reporting and export are listed features on AccuRanker’s Professional plan as of July 2026, so the entry tier lets you get ranking data out. Our sources do not record the file formats, so we cannot confirm a native Excel or CSV export. Test it in the trial: export a few keywords and check the file opens as a spreadsheet with one row per keyword per date.
What is AccuRanker clickstream data?
Clickstream data, as SEO tools use the term, is anonymised browsing data from panels of real users, used to estimate search volumes and click-through rates that Google does not publish. AccuRanker says its daily update covers CTRs and search volumes, as of July 2026, but its own description of where those figures come from is not in our sources. Ask the vendor before relying on them.
Is AccuRanker better than SE Ranking for rank tracking?
On refresh speed, AccuRanker is stronger: daily updates plus on-demand refresh of a single keyword, or a whole domain every two hours, as of July 2026. On value, SE Ranking Core wins for most UK buyers: 2,000 keywords checked daily for £76 a month billed annually, with site audit, keyword research and AI trackers included, against $224 a month (about £169) for rankings alone as of late September 2026.
